Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. My daughter was visiting her Dad for the weekend so I had no plans. I was invited to a party, but wasn’t going to go. You see to me it’s a kids holiday. I was persuaded to attend this party where I was going to be among family and friends at a safe location. They talked me into dressing up. If you look closely at my picture you’ll notice I have blood running down the side of my mouth. Fake of course. Think carefully who am I dressed as? I’ll give you a hint. Notice the colors I am wearing. Jacob is my best friend. I can’t believe I’m in love with a vampire. Edward has my heart. That’s right! I’m Bella from Twilight after she was bitten by Edward.   I went to the party and had so much fun. You have no idea how long it has been that I went to have fun totally for myself. I wasn’t Mom for one whole night. Don’t get me wrong I love being Mom, but it’s nice being just me. I didn’t have a care in the world. I didn’t have a time limit before I had to get my little girl home to make sure she got to bed on time. I missed being temporarily carefree. I hope you had a happy and safe Halloween.
